    The Dukes brings the best in live theatre to the heart of Lancaster.

    We pride ourselves in producing some of the best work by emerging writers, as well as presenting some of the best touring dance, drama, comedy and music the UK has to offer. What’s more, for the past twenty years we have presented one of Britain’s most popular outdoor shows in Lancaster’s Williamson Park. Our three performance spaces offer a host of events to enjoy, while our dedicated young people’s space, DT3, gives you the chance to get involved in performance yourself.

    Throw in the best in independent cinema, a frequently changing gallery space, a fantastic bar (with student discounts available) and free live music events every Tuesday, The Dukes is certain to have something for everyone.
