    The National Rural Touring Forum is an umbrella organisation representing rural and community touring schemes and rural arts development agencies, principally across England, that aim to help local people promote high quality arts events and experiences in rural and other community venues.

    This consortium programme involves three touring schemes representing 150 rural village halls in Norfolk, Somerset, North and North East Lincolnshire presenting a mixed programme of theatre, music and dance.
